HOW IT WORK – it’s as easy as 1 – 2 – 3
1. Register for the free trial or sign up as a member.
2. Read and agree to terms and conditions (so we keep you and everyone else safe).
3. Choose a time that’s convenient for you from the calendar and sign up for a group.
4. Join a group that’s always facilitated by a peer at the appropriate time. We highly encourage you to join at least 10 minutes before the group begins.
5. You need a computer, tablet or phone to connect to the group. You can use video or participate with just your voice.
6. You can talk in group or just listen, whatever is most helpful to you in the moment.
